Really good Hospitality and Prime Location!

The location is central allowing easy walks to the main boulevard and shops. Arranging a taxi was simple as the reception staff was helpful. I booked a countryside transfer through the hotel and the driver Emil was excellent. He drove with care and professionalism making the journey stress-free.
I noticed a minor issue with the minibar pricing but I resolved it quickly at checkout

My panorama room located on the top floor included a terrace and provided great views. The room offered ample space with comfortable furniture and modern decor ensuring a relaxing environment, it felt luxurious.

The location was excellent. The breakfast offered a great variety of options.
The room was not cleaned properly. I left the hotel at 1:30 PM and returned at 8:00 PM to find it still dirty. SOMEONE never came. the air conditioning did not work well, so I needed extra blankets from the room.

I found the location really central. the room i stayed in included a seating area, and it was excellent. the room also had a water heater. It worked very well.
the function rooms on the first and second floor can be occupied late. reception staff seem less than helpful, always saying they would sort it but never did.
